The PocketFives Heat Index

The PokerStake Heat Index showcases the hottest online players in the world. Updated daily, the Heat Index formula takes into account each player's top five PLB-qualifying scores for each of the previous 28 days in seven day blocks.

Block 1 - Days 1-7
Block 2 - Day 8-14
Block 3 - Day 15-21
Block 4 - Day 22-28

As the scores age, the multiplier goes down so recent scores are given the most weight.

Block 1: top five PLB scores X .50
Block 2: top five PLB scores X .25
Block 3: top five PLB scores X .15
Block 4: top five PLB scores X .10
