High Rollers and Heroes in Barcelona
High Rollers and Heroes in Barcelona

The European Poker Tour is back in Barcelona this week and after early action was posted on PokerStake by several of our highest profile players, more poker legends have put packages on sale. With events such as the €5,300 EPT Barcelona Main Event, the €25,000 Pot Limit Omaha High Roller and the €10,300 No Limit Hold’em High Roller all taking place, there’s every chance of the current crop of PokerStake sellers emulating former Main event winner Stephen Song.

We’ve broken down the tournaments on offer and which sellers offer the best value to you with a raft of tournaments due to take place soon.

Main Event Masters

The €5,300-entry EPT Barcelona Main Event is going to be a superb poker event and has been one of poker’s signature majors ever since its inception over a decade ago. In 2026, some of PokerStake’s finest are taking on the event, with Cherish Andrews chief amongst them. Selling to the Main Event with two bullets available at a markup of 1.40, Cherish represents great value. Cashing three times at the festival in 2025, Cherish won money in a deepstack event, a high roller and the Main Event, where she finished 254th for a score of €5,900.

Jess Vierling is also selling to the Main Event, and offers up value bullets #1 and #2, both of which feature a 1.30 markup. Jon Kyte is another player who is playing the Main, although the Norwegian tournament hotshot is selling just one bullet to the big one. Also selling at 1.30, Jon’s recent record is excellent and a year ago in Barcelona, he came second in a 9-Game Mix event, cashed a total of four times and came 71st in the Main Event for €13,490. That’s an unmissable player.

Kyosuke Nagami is going to be a big threat in every tournament he plays, and we think he can bag big in the Main Event. Putting two bullets on sale to the €5,300-entry event that everyone wants to win, Kyosuke’s entries are each on sale at a markup of 1.30 and he’s good value, winning over $34,000 in three cashes last year in Barcelona. The Japanese poker player also came 23rd in the recent Las Vegas WSOP Main Event, winning $325,000.

Brock Wilson
Brock Wilson has already got a track record of success in Barcelona.

High Roller Hopes

Let’s talk high rollers and in particular, a PLO player who has a unique advantage over the field. Benny Glaser has won nine WSOP bracelets in the past 11 years playing a brand of mixed game poker that simply hasn’t been surpassed by anyone in the game. Claiming gold in 2026 in the Poker Players Championship, Benny’s recent track record is superb, and he’ll start the €25,000 PLO High Roller as one of the favorites. You can grab a piece of his action in the PLO High Roller at a markup of either 1.04 (bullet #1) or 1.02 (bullet #2).

Like Benny, Brock Wilson (above) is playing the NLHE High Rollers too, with the EPT Barcelona events between €20,000 and €30,000 in his wheelhouse. Over the first half of the year, no-one had a more successful a time in high rollers in Las Vegas, with Brock hoovering up titles on PokerGO along with millions of dollars. Selling at an ultra-reasonable markup of between 1.05 and 1.09, Brock represents amazing value in these fields, and we’d recommend spreading your investments across all his active events.

Brandon Wilson is also playing fours events with buy-ins of between €20,000 and €100,000 and cashed in the $10,200 NLHE event just yesterday in Barcelona. Getting off to a profitable start to his series, Brandon is sure to be a big threat in all the events he plays and we would recommend backing him in the €100,000 Super High Roller Event #28, where he is selling at a markup of 1.06.

Justin Saliba

Coleman and Saliba Coming to Europe

Both David Coleman and Justin Saliba are taking on plenty of events in Barcelona this week too and provide value for anyone looking to back solid players with enviable records at the live felt. Both David and Justin (above) have shown their travelling chops in recent years, and in heading to Barcelona, will be desperate to have profitable trips and let their poker do the talking.

David’s four current events that are on sale include the €100,000 Super High Roller but also factor in the NLHE Events #17 and #21, costing €20,000 and €25,000 respectively. The Super High Roller Warm-Up is €30,000 and David is selling at 1.06 and this is in his sweet spot, making it our top tip of his where we feel his markup is underpriced.

Justin’s raft of events on sale include the first two NLHE events, albeit at a slightly higher markup of 1.07 and 1.10. Event #47, also in NLHE, is later in the series and costing €25,000 to play is on sale at a markup of just 1.08. While others are flagging, we think Justin will be bagging chips and ultimately that represents his strongest tournament.
