Noah Schwartz (fouruhaters) – 2013 WSOP Poker Player Profile

Often mistaken for McLovin from the movie “Superbad,” Noah fouruhaters Schwartz is an extremely accomplished poker player, both live and online.
Like many players, he started playing online. He made a name for himself quickly, winning the PokerStars Sunday Million and Second Chance tournaments in short succession before he was 25.
His first experience at the World Series of Poker was both exciting and a bit disappointing, as he bubbled a $3,000 No Limit Hold’em final table in 2007, placing 11th, but he did make $45,000 for finishing 252nd in the Main Event that year. 2008 was when he really started making a name for himself in the live tournament world, as he finished fourth in the World Poker Tour Borgata Winter Poker Open, one of four WPT cashes for Schwartz in less than a year.
His next breakthrough came at the 2009 WSOP, when he finished eighth in the special $40,000 No Limit Hold’em 40th Anniversary Event. In 2010, Schwartz placed third in the WPT Festa al Lago Championship Event and, in 2012, the poker guru claimed fourth in the WPT L.A. Poker Classic. He finally made it all the way to the top later that year, winning the WPT Jacksonville bestbet Fall Series title and just over $400,000. We’d say he is pretty good at poker.
Additionally, Schwartz placed sixth in the 2013 European Poker Tour Grand Final and was the runner-up in the 2013 WSOP $1,500 Pot Limit Omaha event. All told, Schwartz has won over $3.4 million in live tournaments prior to this Main Event, a total helped by 13 World Series of Poker cashes and 11 World Poker Tour cashes.
When his deep run in the 2013 Main Event occurred, Schwartz was #45 in the Global Poker Index and was as high as seventh in early 2012. He wound up finishing in 52nd place for $151,000, short of a 2013 WSOP November Nine birth.
