World Series of Poker Announce 20-Event WSOP Paradise Series

A huge $120 million guarantee is attached to this year’s World Series of Poker Paradise series, including a $50 million guaranteed Super Main Event. WSOP Paradise is moving to the beautiful Baha Mar Hotel & Resort in The Bahamas, leaving behind the Atlantis Resort for a brand-new venue and 20 WSOP gold bracelet events that will make poker history.

When Does WSOP Paradise Take Place?

The latest WSOP series kicks off on December 2nd and runs through to December 17th, just eight days before Christmas. Now the crucial last step in becoming WSOP Player of the Year, the series will crown a champion in that race, awarding $100,000 to the top three players on the leaderboard, as well as a banner on the walls of either the Horseshoe or Paris casino to the overall champion.

As the last stretch approaches in poker’s annual pilgrimage to paradise, 20 bracelet events are due to be played at the stunning Caribbean resort with the series starting on December 2 and running through December 17. The biggest single guarantee of the series is a massive $50 million that is attached to the $25,000-entry WSOP Paradise Super Main Event, the 12th event on the schedule. The flagship event of the festival was won by Bernhard Binder last year, as the Austrian beat French player Jean-Noel Thorel heads-up to claim the $10,000,000 top prize.

“WSOP Paradise is the ultimate way to close out the poker calendar – combining world-class high-stakes competition with a luxury vacation experience at Baha Mar,” the eight-time WSOP bracelet winner and GGPoker Global Ambassador Daniel Negreanu said. “With $120 million guaranteed across 20 bracelet events, the $50 million Super Main Event, and the WSOP Player of the Year race coming down to the wire, the stakes have never been higher. I can’t wait to head to the Bahamas and play for a bracelet in paradise.”

Other Signature Events During the Series

The fourth event of the 2026 WSOP Paradise series will be one of the best, the GGMillion$ No Limit Hold’em Championship. Costing $10,000 to play, the championship event has a vast $20 million guaranteed prize pool. Not that players have to wait for a big guarantee. The opening event is the $2,500 buy-in Circuit Championship Mystery Bounty event and has a $5,000,000 guarantee attached to it.

The WSOP Invitational event is a Super High Roller in everything but name. At $250,000 to play, it’s only for the high rollers, but has a whopping $10,000,000 guarantee and will award a massive seven-figure top prize to the winner. That event is sixth on the schedule, and there’s another Super High Roller costing $100,000 that sits 11th out of the 20 events.

The lowest buy-in event of the series has a great $1,000,000 guarantee, with Event #14, the Double Board Bomb Pot PLO event costing just $2,500 to enter. There are two ‘last chance’ type events this year, with Event #19, The Closer, featuring a GGPoker Bounty Wheel at an entry fee of $5,000 and Event #20, the 2026 ‘Last Chance in Paradise’ NLHE event coming at a $15,000 price point.

Early Bird Packages New for 2026

To celebrate the schedules release, the WSOP has introduced two limited-time Early-Bird Packages for players securing their seats at Baha Mar, with deposits for both packages needing to be paid by October 31st.

The $100,000 Paradise Package offers a 16-night stay from December 2-18 in a Baha Mar Deluxe Room, which if you’ve never visited is like nowhere else on Earth. Coming with the tagline ‘Play in Paradise, Live the Dream’, the package requires a minimum of $100,000 in tournament buy-ins, which players must use to include GGMillion$ Day 1A and Super Main Event Day 1A on their schedule. The deposit of $5,000 for that package is due on October 31st.

The $300,000 VIP Package (‘Play like a Pro, Enjoy like a VIP’) offers the same length of stay but in a Baha Mar Suite, along with VIP Fast Track Meet at Gate on arrival, round-trip SUV transfers, and complimentary buffet access, with a minimum $300,000 in tournament buy-ins required. Again, any VIP Package buyer must play both the GGMillion$ Day 1A and Super Main Event Day 1A flights and send their deposit by October 31st, with a $10,000 deposit required for the VIP Package.

Of course, you might want to qualify for some events online, and GGPoker online players are expected to fill plenty of seats in events such as the WSOP Paradise 2026 Super Main Event, with WSOP Express satellite tournaments already running round the clock on GGPoker.

With poker fans tuning in to the WSOP Paradise action daily from December 5 at 3PM ET on the official WSOP YouTube channel, all the fun of the summer in Las Vegas is making the move to the Bahamas beaches. We can’t wait for legends to get sand between their toes and battle it out for gold in paradise… WSOP Paradise!
