Is Adam Hendrix the Most Committed Poker Player on the Planet?

Over the past year, Adam Hendrix has won well over $3 million playing live tournament poker. Despite this, the 2025 WSOP Main Event finalist continues to play events that included $400 and $1,000 entries. Is he the most committed poker player on planet Earth right now? The PokerStake player’s recent results suggest exactly that.
Final Tabling the Main Event
It’s just over a month since Adam Hendrix made the final table of the World Series of Poker Main Event. Starring at the 56th annual WSOP, Adam won $1.9m for coming sixth in the World Championship, only losing out to Michael Mizrachi, who won the $10m top prize, as well as John Wasnock, Braxto Dunaway, Kenny Hallaert and Luka Bojovic.
One of five Americans in the final nine, Adam’s result was the biggest of his career to date and put his lifetime tournament poker earnings up to $10.1 million. One of the most successful players ever to sell on PokerStake, Adam’s personal staking page reveals $1.6 million in winnings that PokerStake investors were a part of.
In recent weeks, Adam has played in WSOP Circuit events in Cherokee, the Seminole Hard Rock Poker Open in Hollywood and other events in a bid to keep the winning run going. He talked about his attitude to poker and his career trajectory as part of the recent episode of the Table 1 Podcast and it made for fascinating listening.
The No Limit Master?
Blending a formidable table presence with a calm and collected appearance, Adam is one of the most feared yet respected poker players on the tour. His biggest win on PokerStake was the $570,671 he won in the $50,000-entry WSOP PLO High Roller where he once again bagged his followers a massive profit of multiplying their stake by ten.
With 21 listed wins on the site, Adam is travelling to Barcelona this week to take part in a raft of events, including – you guessed it – high rollers. With a big advantage in these events, Adam has priced up his action at between 1.09 and 1.20 markup, a very reasonable markup given his phenomenal record in the events.
The master of the single hand exploit, Adam’s prowess has been evident in Las Vegas for many years. Winning big on the PokerGO Tour for a very long time, his victory in the Poker Masters remains one of his biggest achievements. In this hand in particular, he showed that he was unbeatable, playing a straight flush to perfection.
The Pride of Alaska
When we asked the famous Alaskan poker player and Adam’s fellow PokerStake player Jeremy Hamey what his ambitions were, he told us that just to be second on the list behind Adam Hendirx in Alaska was his dream. This now looks like a very accurate ambition, with Adam by far and away the most successful player The Last Frontier has ever seen.

Before you do so, remind yourself of just how great Adam Hendrix is at the poker felt by watching him win $1.9m in the 2025 WSOP Main Event back in the summer at the Horseshoe Las Vegas Casino on the Sin City Strip.
